Fun Facts regarding "Tsuru Pettan" (??? - 9/14/13):

* This used to be (and perhaps in some circles still is)
a viral Touhou music video; the main (and only) point
is to make fun of Suika Ibuki (the oni) for having a
flat chest: the phrase "tsuru pettan" literally
translates to "smooth and flat." The video is
included for maximum entertainment value. :3

* This was started...I don't even know, over 2 years ago?
It became stalled when I had become convinced that the
"talking" segments in the verses were not on-beat; a
re-check and re-sync later, I discovered the talking
is indeed on-beat (though still difficult to manage to
put arrows to), and so the rest of the simfile got
  charted. :p

* Expert is an 11 because it follows the half-talking-
half-singing in the verses to a T, and there are a ton
of handplants in the cheering segments. :p

* Hard is a 9 that takes the handplants away, as well
as some of the ridiculousness of the verses, but it
still manages to be reasonably challenging.

* Medium is a somewhat tough 7 because there are short
8th-note streams; other than that, the patterns are
really easy - those who play 7s on a regular basis
shouldn't be tripped up by this chart. (Notably,
there are no yellow 16ths anywhere to be found on
  this difficulty.)

* Easy is a pretty fun 5, and with no blue 8ths despite
the fact that I could have stuck some in. Notably,
there are a bunch of rolls in the cheering section. :p

* Novice is a 3 due to near-constant stepping everywhere
other than the bridges. There are also multiple rolls
for the fast chorus repeats, which also contributes to
what little overall difficulty is found in this chart.
